Customer: Medium scale dye manufacturer synthesizing intermediates.
   
Conventional Process: Conventionally for aromatic nitration nitrating mixture (con H2SO4 + con HNO3) or Con HNO3 is used.
   
Newreka Solutions: Newerka Team has used dilute nitric acid as a reaction media Instead of conventional nitrating agent using heterogeneous catalyst. Use of weaker nitrating conditions reduces impurity formation less than 1 %. This leads to high selectivity and increase in yield. Also we have set recycling method the mother liquor to 51 recycles which reduces the waste to minimum and increases yield.
